CANADIAN ALASKAN & HAWAII SHIPPING CHARGES
Packages shipped outside the Continental United States will be shipped USPS
International Rates. This is the only way that we ship orders to Canada A $5.00 fee
will be charged for processing the necessary paperwork involved with International
Shipping. This charge is included in the final shipping charge.
Be aware that you may be charged a custom fee or tariff by your Customs Officer.
Also customs has the right to hold a package for as long as they deem necessary.
This may cause a delay in your delivery.

Listed shipping charges are for ground shipment in the CONTINENTAL UNITED
STATES .Shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii are figured at the cost for
Canada. We use U S Postal Service, United Parcel Service, or Federal Express as
shippers for our products. Shipping charges include insurance. Costs have been
increased as of Jan 4 2010 We will increase our shipping charges as of March 4
2010 to reflect these increases.
Shippers have initiated a fuel charge to items shipped and the United States Postal
Service recently initiated an oversize charge on boxes totaling more than 1728 cubic
inches. This is the size of a box that is 12"x 12"x 12". Should this apply to your order,
we will charge a flat $5.00 oversize box fee. This is the amount applied by most
shippers for large boxes.

RETURNS:
We are certain that you will be pleased with your purchases from SHEEP GIFTS
AND MORE. We strive to describe all merchandise accurately. We are happy to
make exchanges for similar items or issue a credit toward other items. In the rare
event that you decide you do not want the item and would like a refund, for any
reason, you can return the merchandise to us. However, we do not accept for
return or credit any merchandise that is on sale, is a closeout, or is
discontinued or has been special ordered. This includes all Irish woolen knitwear,
sheepskin apparel and sheepskin horse tack.
Contact us by email for a return authorization number (RAN) before returning
merchandise. When requesting a RAN, please give us the Order Number and Date
of Purchase. In the event that you return merchandise without a RAN, you will be
charged an extra 20% for clerical work associated with an unauthorized return.
After you receive your RAN (return authorization number) by email, write this
number on the outside of the package to be shipped next to your name.
Merchandise must be returned with a copy of the sales slip. Returned merchandise
must be received by us accompanied by our email with the RAN authorization within
30 days of the purchase date in unused condition, free of any damage, unexposed
to smoke, and in the original packaging. We will not accept used or damaged
merchandise. Merchandise received in this condition will be returned to you at your
expense. You will be notified by email should this happen.

22701. We will refund the purchase price of the product excluding shipping
charges, a 30% restocking fee, and a 20% unauthorized return fee where needed. .
The restocking fee is necessary to cover the labor and paperwork involved in putting
stock back into inventory. Many items entail taking new pictures in order to list them
back in stock.
Please ship merchandise back to us by either UPS or FedEx. Merchandise returned
to us by US Postal Service will be returned to you at your expense. Special Order
items cannot be returned. Sale, Discontinued and Discounted items listed on our
sale page cannot be returned.

spite of our efforts, your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and
we will tell you how to return it to us or file a claim with the shipper. You will be
